Abstracts are invited from academics, practitioners,
artists, architects, engineers, urbanists, designers, cultural theorists,
interior designers, and
students. Presentations may take the form of oral papers, poster
presentations,
exhibition showcases, or collaborative workshops. Authors must submit a
one-page
abstract in the prescribed format, selecting one of the four thematic tracks
below.

Submission Guidelines
We welcome submissions in the following three formats. All proposals should clearly
indicate the chosen track and submission type.

Oral Paper Presentation (15 minutes)
- 1. Individual or co-authored
academic/practice-based
papers.
- 2. Submit upto 300-word abstract with title,
keywords,
author details

Poster Display (A0 size – vertical)
- 1. Visual or text+image posters presenting
research,
design concepts, or community-based work as per attached slide format
- 2. Submit upto 250-word abstracts with title,
keywords & authors details along with sample image or
sketch of the proposed layout
- 3. Titles are indicative, but the contents
outlined in the format are mandatory. The overall composition and format may
be adapted as per project requirements.

Project / Product Showcase (Table Space 1M x 0.5 M)
- 1. Practice-led or research-based visual work
(installations, models, media, design artefacts, etc.)
- 2. Submit upto 300-word proposal with title,
keywords & authors details describing the work,
technical/display requirements, and one to three images (300 dpi)
